service requirements

Service Connection:

The following documents are required to establish service:

  • Valid Photo I. D.

  • Lease/Deed

  • Receipt from your electricity provider

  • Social Security Card

  • $50 connection fee per service

* All documents must be in the same name

 

 

Service Disconnection:

In order for service to be disconnected, the customer is required to call our office and verify information or may come in and sign paperwork, documenting the requested turn off date and a final bill address.
