The City of Bolivar Utility Board meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 12:00 Noon. Utility board meetings are held at the Bolivar Municipal Center, 211 North Washington Street, in Bolivar.

Member of the public are invited and encouraged to attend any meeting of the Bolivar Utility Board.
